The Little Falls Girls Soccer team bounced back from their opening day loss to win their first away game 10-1 over Melrose.
It was a night of many firsts for the Flyers, led by 8th grader Ana Steadman who got her first career Varsity win in goal making 6 saves. Seven different players scored for the Flyers, including career first goals for seniors Emily Witucki and Jenna Visker, sophomore Breanna Barchus. Freshman Taylor Swantek and Ella Bjorge scored their first career goals as well, each netting a pair. Joelle Vacek (2) and Marre Welinski had the remaining three goals.

The Flyers record is now even at 1-1, and move to 1-0 in the Granite Ridge Conference. The next game is Thursday at home vs. Walker-Hackensack-Akley at 3pm.
